Newborn - Portrait Session
There is something about an infant portrait session that inspires the creative. I had a great time with this little one, creating this whimsical scene.
Photographs are Moments ... Stolen from Time.

Laura's High School Senior Portrait Session - Her Selection
Today was the day Laura and Barb got to review the final images from Laura's "High School Senior Portrait Session", shot mid last month in Cambridge ON. Review days are always filled with excitement for me, just as much as the client. "Which one of these labours of love will be their favorite!?!" I of course always have my personal favorites and guess at which ones they will choose but there always a few surprises for me! The 2 images above are the images Laura chose from her package for web sharing and the second will be a framed enlargement in their family room. So exciting!!

Joyce is one of the most beautiful people I have ever had the privilege of knowing. Her soft spirit shines through in this delicately lit portrait, taken on location in Cambridge ON.

Winter creates beautiful, unique backdrops for portraiture, as well as creating soft and even light. This session was a testament to just how beautiful winter portrait sessions can be!

Portrait Session - Steven in the Snow

Portrait in the Snow 2014
It was that perfect moment, just after the snow finished falling and right before it started to melt, that this portrait was captured. I love the even light in this image and the snowy backdrop gives it a soft wintery feeling.

This gritty Cambridge ON location, rainy day and serious character helped me to create some wonderfully intense and vivid portraits.

Maiya was an adorable, funny baby who was great to photograph. She was on the move, all over the Cambridge ON location we shot at, from the moment we started the shoot and was constantly giving me something new and interesting to photograph!

This beautiful, loving couple was a joy to work with. I loved photographing them for their engagement in this industrial Cambridge ON location.
